EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Service Comes First

From its beginning in 1977, Systech has been dedicated to supplying the best computer systems to the construction materials industry. The result has been technologically advanced systems that are extraordinarily easy to use, providing maximum user-defined flexibility with a steady focus on productivity and profitability. These capabilities have made Systech Integra™ software the preferred choice for the construction materials industry.

Pioneering Job Matched Software

“We are first and foremost a service company, and that will always be our underlying strength,” says Larry Curtis, Systech Executive Vice President and company co-founder. “Our key to success has been a combination of powerful capabilities: industry-specific knowledge, the ability to design products that are easy to use and a determination to ensure that each of our customers has the flexibility to adapt our products to the specifics of their operation.”

Committed to Partnership

Systech’s first software products were specifically written for a large ready mix producer and designed to operate in minicomputer environments. Even in those early years, Systech’s tradition of innovation was apparent, with such groundbreaking products as the industry’s first PC-based dispatch and billing system, introduced in 1981. In 1983 Systech installed the first PC networks in the construction materials industry, and then in 1998, Systech introduced the first fully Windows®-compliant systems.

“With hundreds of customers representing all aspects of the ready mix, aggregate, asphalt and construction materials markets, an important part of our success has been our ability to work in partnership with our customers, listen to their ideas and rapidly develop tools to help them become more productive and profitable,” says John Rabchuk, Systech President and co-founder. “We believe in building strong commitments to industry associations and in developing key alliances with other innovative companies that can help our customers become more profitable.”
