Streamlined order entry and ticketing

A key advantage of the Aggregate module is the fact it does not require orders to be entered prior to ticketing pickup loads. The system transparently and automatically creates background orders for subsequent analysis as tickets are created. Repetitive loads can be entered and ticketed by simply entering the truck number. Pits or quarries that utilize company-owned fleets and/or have a significant number of delivered orders can take advantage of the fully integrated Aggregate Dispatch option to dynamically schedule and track trucks as well as order activity.

The Aggregate module recognizes and controls trucks by brokers and/or lessors. It also allows the assignment of trailers and attachments to trucks that automatically reflect tare, capacity and utilization factors. Tare frequency rules can be established per location to ensure regulatory compliance. Trucks can be pre-assigned to orders to expedite ticketing and scale processing.

Maximum financial flexibility

The system stores and calculates both the bill-to and pay-to cartage rates, which can be specified by customer and/or project. The bill-to rates can be combined with the product charges or displayed separately on COD tickets or on customer invoices. The cartage rates can vary by truck type, zone and product. Similarly, miscellaneous charges such as minimum load, after–hours delivery, Saturday/Sunday delivery, etc., can be user defined and applied on a per customer or per job basis.

Adaptable to user preferences

The Integra Aggregate and Aggregate Dispatch modules can be operated on the same workstation as the Integra Ready Mix Dispatch module. Each user can configure their single or multiple screens for display and can create and store various display formats for subsequent use. Users can define color schemes that highlight trucks, customers, jobs or orders as desired. The Aggregate Dispatch module contains a powerful and unique drill-down demand graph system that allows dispatchers to instantly identify the orders and loads that create the graphs in 15–minute intervals.

This module can be configured to operate on stand–alone PCs with nightly updates, local area networks or wide area networks utilizing Citrix®. Ask your Systech representative for guidelines on the optimal system configuration for your budget and requirements.
