Systech has partnered with Imaging Technology Group of Irvine, CA, to produce a seamless and thoroughly integrated imaging system that is specifically designed to work with the Integra Back Office module. Electronic images of all designated forms (typically invoices and statements) produced from your Integra Back Office module are automatically recorded and stored on a separate server directly attached to your overall network. User access and permissions to these electronic images is controlled via standard network security as well as application specific password options. These electronic images are automatically stored in compressed files without any overt action by your staff or outside resources. The system can easily be designed with the ability to store duplicate image files at an off-site location for disaster recovery plans.

 

 

easy-To-locate Ticket Records Enhances Customer service

Signed tickets are also recorded via high-speed document scanners, which are an integral part of the Integra Imaging system. As tickets are scanned, the unique Integra Imaging system indexes the ticket records to the appropriate invoice and/or statement record so that your administrative staff will be able to drill up, or down, to all related documents from any starting point in the transaction trail. Customer questions about tickets on a particular invoice can be immediately addressed on-line and without delay. Once the appropriate level of detail is displayed, the document(s) can be immediately emailed, faxed or printed to the requesting party.
